About the position
We are seeking highly driven individuals with strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our sales organization as Business Development Representatives (BDRs). In this role, you will play a critical part in prospecting and expanding business opportunities for our Enterprise and Commercial teams in the DACH market. As a BDR, you will be responsible for fostering, qualifying, and maturing our pipeline with high-profile customers. We are looking for candidates who are resilient problem solvers, creative thinkers, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Enterprise or Commercial teams to build a global pipeline and strategize on approaching targeted accounts
- Identify and prospect key contacts at target accounts to establish strong and lasting relationships
- Create and execute appropriate strategies, including developing content such as case studies, screencasts, presentations, and demo hacks
- Share best practices and participate in projects within the Business Development organization
- Manage, track, and report sales activities and results using SFDC
- Prioritize lead generation and sales, with a focus on SaaS experience
- Demonstrate motivation and competitiveness
- Possess strong communication and writing skills
- Adapt quickly to change and learn new skills
- Overachieve professionally and personally
- Have a keen interest in the tech industry
- Fluent in spoken and written German
- Experience in a high-growth environment with a focus on building internal infrastructure

Requirements
- Prior experience in lead generation and sales (SaaS experience preferred, but not required)
- Highly motivated with a competitive edge
- Communication and writing skills are on point
- Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to change
- Demonstrated success overachieving (professionally/ personally)
- Keen interest in the tech industry
- Excellent spoken and written German skills required
- Experience at our current stage and beyond ($50-200M ARR range, high growth, lots of change and building internal infrastructure)
