About the position
Acronis is seeking a Cloud Partner Success Manager to join their team and contribute to their rapid-growth and expansion. As the Cloud PSM, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing adoption of new services, and creating a best-in-class partner experience. This role requires experience in account management, a passion for data protection and cyber security, and the ability to work in a dynamic, global team. Responsibilities
- Drive quarter over quarter cloud revenue growth through assigned partners
- Perform territory analysis and planning to identify top potential partners in dedicated geographies
- Conduct account planning with managed partners, tailoring the level of detail based on partner engagement, loyalty, and responsiveness
- Train new and existing partners on existing and new products
- Guide partners through onboarding and enablement stages, providing necessary knowledge, resources, and tools
- Encourage partners to adopt Acronis Automation and Security tooling to enhance operational efficiency
- Motivate and enable partners to sell Acronis services to existing and new customers, as well as retain existing customers
- Ensure partner satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the partner lifecycle
- Drive successful upsell/cross-sell initiatives with partners to increase new services attach rate
- Put maximum efforts to avoid churn and retain partners
- Engage and coordinate internal resources to support dedicated partners' growth
- Profile managed partners on vendors and tools they sell/use, maintaining Partner Passport with at least 80% fields filled out
- Lead partners through regular activities focused on educating, evangelizing, and making commitments
- Maintain regular contact with partners based on priority
- Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the MSP channel software industry
- Experience in selling Professional Service Automation (PSA) or Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software services
- In-depth knowledge of channel and field sales, with an understanding of the cloud market business model
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the MSP channel software industry on similar positions such as channel sales, partner account management or channel development—experience in equivalent role highly desired
- Experience in selling Professional Service Automation (PSA) or Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software services
- In-depth channel and field sales knowledge with understanding of the cloud market business model
- Strong presentational, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate product’s different features and answer all customer questions
- Self-motivated with a high level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high-level of accuracy
