About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring Client Relationship Associates to connect with prospective clients and educate them about life, accident, and supplemental health insurance solutions. This fully remote opportunity is suited to driven, self-motivated individuals seeking to build communication, sales, and leadership skills. The company provides warm leads, structured training, ongoing mentorship, licensing guidance, and professional development. No prior insurance experience is required. This is an independent contractor role with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and are responsible for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. Licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state.
Requirements
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
- A client-centered and people-oriented approach.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Initiative and effective problem-solving ability.
- Confidence learning computer functions and remote platforms.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
Responsibilities

- Schedule virtual meetings and follow up consistently.
- Complete customer-focused needs reviews.
