About The Position

AO Globe Life is hiring a Remote Insurance Solutions Associate to help individuals and families understand coverage decisions. The associate works with prospective clients who have requested information, identifies their needs, and educates them about available insurance products. This is a 100% remote independent-contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; it is not hourly or salaried. No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and pay for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and will be reviewed during hiring and onboarding.

Responsibilities

Work with warm leads supplied by the company.
Schedule virtual client meetings.

Participate in training and performance coaching.
