About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking a Virtual Benefits Consultant to work remotely with individuals and families considering insurance protection options. The consultant helps clients understand life, supplemental health, and accident insurance products, and provides a professional, informative, and supportive experience. The company provides warm leads, comprehensive training, daily mentorship, and ongoing support. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. Licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and will be reviewed during hiring and onboarding. The opportunity is suited to self-motivated, coachable people comfortable working independently and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for growth and advancement. Requirements

- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace.
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
