About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring remote Benefits Specialists to help individuals and families understand life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options. The role involves connecting with prospective clients through company-provided warm leads, arranging virtual appointments, reviewing client needs, explaining available products, and supporting informed decisions. Structured training, coaching, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided; no prior insurance experience is required. This is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed activities and are responsible for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. Contractor terms and licensing requirements may vary by state.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- A dependable, professional attitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Comfort with virtual communication tools.
- Willingness to learn and apply coaching.
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently.
- Provide a personal computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
