About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring for a fully remote, mission-driven role supporting individuals and families across the United States. The role is suited to recent graduates in business, marketing, or communications, as well as people interested in a people-centered, service-first career. Hands-on training, inbound client leads, structured mentorship, and professional development are provided. The role involves conducting virtual consultations with clients through Zoom, building client relationships, explaining personalized supplemental benefit options, and supporting clients through the enrollment process. The representative also maintains accurate documentation, follows up with clients, and participates in training and virtual meetings. This is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and are responsible for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. Licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state. No prior insurance experience is required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company.
- Ability to work independently; self-motivated, organized, and coachable.
- Comfort and confidence in virtual meetings and familiarity with digital tools.
- Work authorization in the United States and legal eligibility to work there.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus but not required.
- Recent graduates in business, marketing, or communications may find the role suitable.
- No prior insurance experience is required.
