About The Position

The Center Supervisor oversees the general management of employees assigned to production areas at a BioLife Plasma Services plasma donation center. The role reports to the Center Manager and supports donor-facing and operational work, including performance and scheduling oversight, inventory control, and resolving donor concerns. The supervisor also performs tasks in the Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas and works to foster teamwork, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification.
• Ability to bend and reach frequently.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 32 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Fine motor coordination and depth perception.
• Ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
• Ability to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and operational efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Perform tasks in the Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate, and resolve conflicts.
