The Center Supervisor oversees day-to-day plasma center operations and staff to support efficient plasma collections. The role reports to the Center Manager and works in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and applicable health and safety requirements. The supervisor may perform tasks in work areas and will be cross-trained in technical and other functions to meet business needs. Bilingual skills may be required at the organization’s discretion. The position involves coordinating staffing and donor flow, supporting employee training and performance processes, investigating errors, maintaining accurate donor records, and helping ensure the center has the supplies and documentation needed to operate effectively. The supervisor may also assist with staff recruitment, donor-retention marketing initiatives, audits, and other job-related duties. The work takes place in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. It can involve standing and walking for much of the time, reaching, bending, kneeling, lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds, exposure to hazardous chemicals, extreme temperatures, and blood-borne pathogens, and wearing Personal Protective Equipment for specified tasks or areas. Overtime and extended hours are required to support center operations. The expected base pay at hiring is $23.46 to $27.76 per hour; individual pay within the range depends on qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and other relevant factors. CSL Plasma operates nearly 330 plasma donation centers in the U.S. and Europe and is a subsidiary of CSL, a global biopharma company with more than 29,000 employees.
