About The Position
Sifted is hiring a customer experience-minded professional to deliver and serve lunch and manage the on-site experience at clients’ locations. Sifted provides chef-made, hand-delivered lunches for high-growth, culture-centric companies, creating experiential lunch programs for destination workplaces. The ideal candidate is interested in pop-up events and values the elements that contribute to an exceptional event experience. The position is based on-site in client offices. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, with hours generally between 6:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. The position must maintain a Seattle Food Service card, which is company-paid.
Requirements
- Some food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Be detail-oriented and look for ways to positively impact the customer experience.
- Enjoy working fast-paced events and interacting with guests.
- Enjoy building the Sifted brand and representing it.
- Be open to feedback and appreciate opportunities for personal and professional improvement.
- Maintain a Seattle Food Service card; the company pays for it.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and bend, squat, and reach.

Responsibilities
- Manage the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location and ensure every staff member is delighted.
- Meet with the culinary team at the kitchen to learn the menu, pick up lunch, and deliver it to the client’s office.
- Create an inspired pop-up atmosphere in the client’s office using branded butcher paper and creativity.
- Tell the story of the menu and featured ingredients through branded messaging on the paper.
- Collect feedback, including specific metrics, and report back to the Community Manager.
- Suggest ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience.
