About The Position

The Catering Server models and promotes Sendik’s culture by providing prompt, efficient, and best-in-class service at private events catered by Sendik’s throughout the metro Milwaukee area. The role focuses on creating a positive dining experience for every guest through attentive service, accurate food and beverage delivery, and care for event setup, cleanup, and a safe, sanitary work environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at private events while modeling Sendik’s culture and providing best-in-class customer service.
• Anticipate and promptly and carefully address each guest’s needs or concerns.
• Take and serve food and beverages accurately and on time; clear courses, replenish utensils, and refill glasses.
• Give appropriate attention to food delivery, course removal, and drink replenishment.
• Maintain complete knowledge of menu items and beverage selections.
• Keep server stations clean and organized.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and operate and clean necessary equipment.
• Assist with setting up and tearing down events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
