About The Position

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Catering Server to serve guests in a friendly, professional manner and support the successful execution and wrap-up of catering events. The role follows Parkhurst catering procedures and event documentation, including event sheets, diagrams, pull sheets, and timelines. At the end of events, the server collects equipment, supplies, and food promptly and separates rented items for vendor pickup. The position is scheduled for evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Stand and/or walk for 100% of the time.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve and interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Follow service procedures in Parkhurst’s catering manual.
• Use event sheets, diagrams, pull sheets, and timelines to complete events successfully.
• Collect equipment, supplies, and food promptly at the completion of an event.
• Separate rented items for vendor pickup.
