About The Position

The Front of House / Counter Team Member plays a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience at Savvy Sliders & Fat Boy's Pizza. As one of the first points of contact for guests, this position helps set a tone of warm hospitality, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders accurately, answer menu questions, and process payments using the POS system for in-person and phone orders.
• Maintain knowledge of the Savvy Sliders and Fat Boy's Pizza menus, dining options, popular items, and current promotions; recommend items and help guests make selections.
• Explain the ordering and dining process, direct guests to fountain drinks, napkins, and condiments, help guests find seating, and explain how to display order number cards.
• Deliver orders promptly and accurately, ensuring guests have what they need for an enjoyable dining experience.
• Keep the dining area clean, organized, and welcoming by clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables.
• Complete assigned opening and closing duties, including preparing the dining area, stocking supplies, cleaning workstations, and getting the restaurant ready for daily operations.
• Collaborate with team members and management to maintain efficient operations, uphold service standards, and provide an exceptional guest experience.
