•$85,000 - $100,000•Hybrid

About The Position

The Campaign Marketing Manager owns promotional campaigns from planning through execution, reporting, and optimization across email, SMS, organic channels, GOVX.com, and emerging platforms. The role develops the promotional campaign calendar and campaign themes, translating seasonal priorities, historical performance, market trends, member insights, and business objectives into integrated plans. It establishes campaign content, audience, cadence, merchandising, channel mix, and promotional strategies that support member engagement and business goals. As the central owner of the promotional campaign process, this manager develops campaign and creative briefs and coordinates with Creative, Partner Management, Digital Merchandising, Product, Finance, Accounting, and other stakeholders. The role oversees campaign timelines, approvals, dependencies, launch readiness, promotional mechanics, merchandising, and the member journey from marketing communications through the onsite shopping experience. It also defines KPIs, analyzes results, recommends improvements, tests campaign elements, and uses AI and emerging tools to improve planning and execution. The position leads and develops one Specialist and one Coordinator, delegating execution while remaining accountable for campaign strategy and results. It has supervisory responsibilities and may require limited travel. The job operates in a professional office environment and is largely sedentary. GOVX requires the role to be fully onsite at its San Diego corporate office during the 90-day introductory period, five days per week for eight-hour shifts. After successful completion of that period, the role may transition to a hybrid schedule with at least three in-office days per week; the manager sets in-office days based on business needs. No relocation allowance or visa sponsorship is provided. Occasional evening, night, and weekend shifts are required.
