About the position
The job overview for this position is that it is a sales job with a unique twist. The Social Media Sales Development Representative will have the opportunity to redefine what modern day sales looks like by creating their own pipeline and hunting down leads and deals. They will be responsible for selling the vision of Housecall Pro to prospective customers through various communication channels and setting demo appointments. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, passionate, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Hunt down leads and deals across multiple social media platforms - Sell the vision of Housecall Pro to prospective customers through direct messages, calls, texts, and emails - Set demo appointments for Pros with Enrollment Specialists - Continuously find and join new online communities that cater to Pros
- Must be self-motivated, passionate, coachable, relentlessly resourceful, resilient, and able to multitask - 1+ years sales experience - Ability to handle customer relationship management, and work in a fast-paced environment - A naturally curious, driven and dynamic team player - Curious with a growth mindset and a desire for experimentation - Competitive and thrives on hitting sales goals - Logical and able to analyze data and implement solutions - Visionary with the ability to visualize the big picture and find problems and solutions within it - Passionate about learning, new experiences, and sales strategies - Ability to work full time with flexible hours, including Saturdays
