About the position
As the Business Development Operations Lead at Redesign Health, you will be responsible for analyzing partner acquisition and pipeline data to inform business development initiatives. You will work closely with the Vice President of Portfolio Growth and cross-functionally with various teams to advise on strategy, process, and pipeline construction. This role offers flexibility to work remotely or from the NYC office. Key responsibilities include designing metrics, developing reporting packages, conducting market research, managing coordination tools, and identifying target markets. The ideal candidate has experience in business development, sales/revenue operations, and analytics, with a strong understanding of the sales funnel and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Responsibilities
- Design and define metrics to measure the success of Enterprise Growth business development initiatives.
- Develop reporting packages that effectively communicate data-driven insights to senior leaders across Redesign Health.
- Collaborate to execute reporting and dashboard solutions for Enterprise Growth business development and operating company pipelines.
- Conduct and compile market research and portfolio analysis to identify and prioritize strategic partner outreach and portfolio company introductions based on partner profile, priorities, and thematic focus areas.
- Gather insights from operating company pipeline data to refine benchmarking tools, targeted partner acquisition strategies, performance tracking, and business development enablement for the portfolio.
- Manage coordination tools (e.g., CRM, partnerships pipeline) between Redesign Health and our OpCos to align and monitor business development pipelines and metrics.
- Conduct desktop research to identify and prioritize target markets for Redesign Health's diversified revenue stream offerings.
- Have 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales/revenue operations, analytics, or a similar role.
- Have experience working in or with enterprise healthcare companies (e.g., digital health, health plan, providers).
- Have experience integrating information from multiple data sources and producing actionable reporting.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the sales funnel and its various stages, including lead generation, qualification, nurturing, and conversion.
- Have proven experience in tracking and analyzing sales metrics such as conversion rates, win rates, sales cycle length, and pipeline velocity.
- Proficient in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, or similar tools.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software, such as Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with benchmarking and performance tracking methodologies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Pardot) and demand generation strategies.
