Director, Expert Content Knowledge

As the Director of Expert Content Knowledge on the Startup Operations team at Redesign Health, you will be responsible for leading the Expert Knowledge/Solutions team and driving the strategy, management, and dissemination of knowledge content. Your role will involve coordinating research, best practices, and insights across the organization to create self-service resources for healthcare company founding teams. You will play a crucial role in empowering founders to build impactful healthcare companies by providing thought leadership and ensuring the quality and impact of the expert knowledge library. This is a critical new role that will contribute to Redesign Health's mission of transforming healthcare.

Determine the content strategy for the Expert Knowledge Library and oversee the creation process

Collaborate with internal and external experts to gather valuable insights, best practices, and resources for the content

Build, develop, and inspire the content team responsible for executing the strategy

Implement an agile process to develop high-quality content on a timely basis

Ensure the Expert Knowledge Library's usability, monitor user needs, and enforce quality standards to measure effectiveness

• 7+ years of experience in creating and editing business content and training materials
• 5+ years of experience managing people, specifically writers and editors
• Proven success in setting the strategic direction and technical execution within Knowledge and Learning material
• Proven track record in running expert knowledge or content production teams and processes at scale
• Skilled in producing content at scale that drives insight in supporting business strategy and execution
• Adept in conducting research and identifying core insights from a variety of sources and topics to convey effective content
• Passionate about running efficient processes to achieve business goals
• Skilled in defining and monitoring quality metrics to manage processes that improve content over time
• Skilled at taking initiatives from 0 to 1 and have demonstrated the ability to do so multiple times in different contexts
• Excellent collaboration skills with leaders and experts across the organization
