About the position
This role is an opportunity to join Chartboost's team and contribute to the growth and success of the company. The main focus of this position is to elevate client relationships and revenue for the Americas by driving the sales lifecycle, managing a book of business, and up-selling Chartboost products and features. The role will involve both business development and publisher relations, and will require strong communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the mobile industry, and be able to understand and articulate technical products and services to clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospects, close new business, and onboard clients
- Up-sell and drive revenue growth within accounts
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with strategic clients
- Manage advertiser block and reporting requests for publishers
- Perform optimization requests
- Provide sales management with detailed pipeline reports and market analysis
- Manage client expectations and attend/direct client meetings
- Collect and disseminate client feedback, product requests, and needs to the Product Team
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure monetization success and communication
- Liaise with internal technical teams regarding technical queries and provide customer support
- Lead trainings to enable clients to effectively use products and assist with integration
- Represent Chartboost at industry conferences and events
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Quota-carrying Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Publisher/Developer Relations
- History of growing accounts and achieving revenue targets
- Experience working in the mobile industry, preferably with app and/or game developers
- Contacts/clients in the mobile games space
- Experience working with SDKs, DSPs, SSPs, or other publisher side programmatic platforms
- Ability to understand and articulate technical products and services to clients
- Start-up mentality and ability to stretch resources to grow existing clients and close deals with new clients
- Organized and methodical with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce and/or other CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
