About the position

Inspire11 is seeking a talented Business Development Executive to provide insights and solutions to clients. The role involves assessing client needs, building customer relationships, and continuously prospecting for new clients. The ideal candidate will have expert-level experience in strategic account management, sales process, and solution selling. Strong interpersonal, planning, analytical skills, and business acumen are required, along with the ability to manage a pipeline of prospects successfully. The position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Assess prospective clients' current and potential needs and determine appropriate products and solutions
  • Build customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand organizational business objectives and goals
  • Continuously prospect to develop net new clients, including expanding existing relationships and products of accounts
  • Bring expert-level experience with strategic account management, sales process, and solution selling
  • Translate customer needs into solution requirements through creating powerful value propositions and negotiation skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal, planning analytical skills, and business acumen for effective decision making
  • Be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a pipeline of prospects successfully
  • Comfortably work in a fast-paced environment
