• 8+ years of experience in Data Platforms, Data Warehousing and/or Business Intelligence
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex recommendations to high-level non-technical audiences
• Expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience leading technical strategy, design, development, and implementation of Enterprise Data Solutions
• Experience guiding, mentoring, and coaching project teammates
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, wearing many hats, and having a general fear of being bored
• Willingness and ability to be onsite at Inspire11 or client location depending on project needs to maximize in-person collaboration and build stronger relationships
