This ensures that only top-quality talent and the most interesting projects are included. Developers can choose to work anywhere between 10 to 40 hours per week. There is a minimum rate of $100/hr, and employers pay on average $3k-$7k per week. On the other side of the market, companies can post their project. These projects are also screened, so developers don't have to deal with low-quality work and recruiter spam.
