Integration Engineer

As an Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for owning and managing the Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tool, ensuring seamless integration with other systems within the organization. Your role will involve configuring the CPQ tool, writing code, and conducting thorough testing of integrations. Collaboration with stakeholders from various departments will be essential to understand their requirements and align the integration with their needs. The goal is to optimize systems, enhance productivity and reliability, and ultimately make a positive impact on everyone's work experience.

• Identify opportunities for enhancements and process optimizations in the CPQ tool
• Configure the CPQ tool to integrate with other systems and conduct comprehensive testing
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to understand their requirements and implement solutions
• Develop a roadmap for enhancements and process optimizations
• Utilize problem-solving techniques to iterate quickly towards effective solutions and document the process
• Provide training and create standard operating procedures for CPQ end-users
• Project manage the implementation and deployment of features and enhancements
• Maintain the accuracy of underlying configurations and logic
• Implement deal desk controls to safeguard product-level margin goals
• Support Salesforce Administrators in ensuring data quality between CPQ and Salesforce
• Develop reports to support the finance team
• Design a user-friendly CPQ end-user experience
• Have the potential to lead or assist in other system implementations
• Possess 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Demonstrate expertise in Javascript and experience with software configuration, code writing, or process development
• Have prior experience with an ERP and a CPQ tool
• Quick to learn new systems and APIs
• Nice to have: Netsuite Developer Certification or experience with Netsuite ERP, BigQuery, FiveTran ETL, Salesforce

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role as an integration engineer, business systems engineer, or system administrator
• Strong expertise in Javascript and experience configuring software, writing code, or developing new processes
• Prior experience working with an ERP and a CPQ tool
• Quick to learn new systems and APIs
• Nice to have: Netsuite Developer Certification or other direct experience with Netsuite ERP, BigQuery, FiveTran ETL, Salesforce
