About the position
The Data Solution Owner at Inspire11 will lead a project team to deliver data and digital solutions for clients. They will manage team members, foster client relationships, and discover client needs through stakeholder interviews, data profiling, and process mapping. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of management experience with a focus on data and analytics, experience leading teams, and knowledge of data exploration and visualization tools. This role requires the ability to work onsite at the Inspire11 or client location.
Responsibilities
- Leading a project team to deliver a solution on time and within budget
- Setting, communicating, and managing expectations of client counterparts by celebrating wins, outlining objectives, and addressing concerns
- Defining strategies to optimize clients' business in all things data and digital, including modern data architecture, custom application development, and design thinking
- Assembling various pieces that the client already has in a way that reveals the bigger picture
- Collaborating with clients and team members to push the boundaries of what's possible and solve complex puzzles
- Embracing diverse perspectives to foster impactful and innovative work

- Architect, plan and deliver the project in an Agile environment
- Present appropriate level of communication to each client counterpart that is engaging and effectively tells the business story and value
- Consistently look for strategies to improve the project and client relationship.
