The ideal candidate will have expert-level experience in strategic account management and solution selling, as well as strong interpersonal and analytical skills. They should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities
- Assess prospective clients' current and potential needs and determine appropriate products and solutions
- Build customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand organizational business objectives and goals
- Continuously prospect to develop net new clients, including expanding existing relationships and products of accounts
- Bring expert-level experience with strategic account management, sales process, and solution selling
- Translate customer needs into solution requirements through creating powerful value propositions and negotiation skills
- Possess strong interpersonal, planning analytical skills, and business acumen for effective decision making
- Be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a pipeline of prospects successfully
- Be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, able to wear many hats, and have a general fear of being bored
