Business Analyst - LATAM

Incode is seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join their team in Mexico City. This role will involve identifying process and system improvement opportunities, analyzing data, and collaborating with internal teams. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and presenting it in a digestible format. The successful candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in English and Spanish, and knowledge of tools such as TABLEAU/Power Query and Excel. • Identify process and system improvement opportunities by monitoring metrics, analyzing data, and collaborating with internal teams.
• Retrieve and aggregate data from multiple sources and compile it into a digestible and actionable format for the commercial team.
• Conduct deep analysis of commercial data.
• Provide day-to-day support for the Managing Director's agenda and meetings.

• 1-2 years of prior professional experience (ideal)
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral skills with full proficiency in English and Spanish
• Advanced knowledge of TABLEAU/Power Query
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (e.g., vlookup, Write/edit VBA)
• Basic to advanced knowledge of SQL (all join types, group by, order by, calculated columns)
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work independently with little supervision
• Solid organizational skills, including prioritization and time management
• Ability to dive deep and maintain incredible attention to detail
• Confident, resilient, reliable, and collegiate
