Brand Designer

We are seeking a Mid to Senior Designer to join our team and help elevate our brand to the next level. This role will involve working on a variety of digital projects and being the guardian of our brand design. The successful candidate will contribute to the creative direction of Synthesia's look and feel, with a focus on designing for our company website and creating marketing materials, videos, presentations, and more. Collaboration with various teams will be essential, and the designer will be involved in all aspects of the design process, from brainstorming to execution.

• Join the Marketing team as a Brand Designer
• Contribute to the strategic and visual development of the brand
• Work on a variety of digital projects
• Serve as the guardian for all things brand design
• Utilize a full range of skills to elevate Synthesia's look and feel
• Design marketing materials, videos, presentations, display ads, conference collateral, templates, swag, and more
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and other teams to execute design work
• Develop innovative creative assets to support initiatives across all touch-points
• Be involved in every aspect of the design process
• Define, evolve, and maintain a high standard for brand design.

• Mid to Senior Designer
• Experience in building brands, web design, and motion design
• Passionate about design and pushing the boundaries
• Strong skills in brand design and visual strategy
• Ability to work on a variety of digital projects
• Familiarity with marketing materials, videos, presentations, display ads, conference collateral, templates, and swag design
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Product
• Involvement in all aspects of the design process
• Ability to maintain a high standard for brand design
