Brand + Content Manager

Rockstar•New York, NY

About The Position

Rockstar is recruiting for a venture-backed startup building AI workers for non-production departments in American manufacturing. As the company's first dedicated marketer, the Brand + Content Manager will own brand and content end-to-end, working directly with the founders to define the company's voice and content franchises and reach the manufacturers it serves. This is a hands-on 0→1 marketing role: the manager sets direction and creates, publishes, and tracks the performance of content across channels, telling both the company's and its customers' stories. The role calls for learning the manufacturing world deeply enough to write credibly, moving quickly, and using AI tools to increase output. The manager will define the company's voice and category narrative across AI, software, and American manufacturing; create and distribute content across LinkedIn, X, blogs, the website, video, email, launches, and other channels; and turn customer conversations, shop-floor visits, product releases, and measurable outcomes into stories, case studies, and campaigns. They will own the editorial calendar and distribution engine, repurpose ideas across formats, measure attention and pipeline impact, and build sales collateral such as decks, one-pagers, customer stories, launch assets, and product messaging. The role collaborates directly with the founders, sales, and product, using AI, design, and video tools to deliver polished work quickly. The company works in person every day in New York City and emphasizes user-driven work, end-to-end ownership, resourcefulness, honesty, speed, founder-like initiative, and teamwork. The company builds AI workers for non-production manufacturing functions such as inside sales, quoting, and procurement, aiming to remove back-office bottlenecks and strengthen American manufacturing.
