About The Position

RHA Health Services is hiring a Blended Case Manager to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health needs, and substance use challenges. RHA’s mission is to provide a safe and healthy environment while creating opportunities for personal outcomes. The organization has supported people for over 30 years and provides services in North Carolina, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and New Jersey.

Pre-employment screening may include criminal background checks, checks of the OIG exclusions database and relevant registries, drug testing, education verification, and other credentialing based on position requirements. Proof of employment history or references may be required. For positions that require driving, proof of a driver’s license, insurance, and vehicle may be required when transportation is part of the role.
