About The Position

As a full-time Teller in PNC's retail organization, this role is based at the Feltonville Branch in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The position delivers customer experiences aimed at improving financial wellbeing and loyalty while increasing customers’ use of PNC services. It handles customer interactions, explains financial transaction options, identifies banking opportunities, and makes appropriate referrals. The role is in-office. Spanish speaking is required.

Responsibilities

Deliver customer experiences that support financial wellbeing and customer loyalty.
Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers about alternatives for financial interactions.
Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer customers to branch staff as appropriate.
Engage with customers in the lobby and position PNC products to meet their needs.
Explain options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
Follow policies and procedures and exercise sound judgment within established limits.
Complete teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions efficiently and accurately.
Assess and manage risks in accordance with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
