About The Position
Texas One Insurance is hiring a full-time General Lines Insurance Agent to provide personalized insurance solutions and exceptional customer service. In this onsite role, the agent works directly with clients to assess insurance needs, recommend customized coverage, and build lasting relationships. The position serves new and existing customers, helping individuals and families make informed insurance decisions while ensuring compliance with Texas insurance regulations. Compensation ranges from $42,600 to $92,000 per year based on experience and performance, with opportunities for additional commission and performance bonuses. Requirements
- Active General Lines Property & Casualty License.
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with computers and agency management systems.
Nice To Haves
- Previous insurance sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Quote, sell, and service personal and commercial insurance policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Clearly and accurately explain policy features, coverages, and endorsements.
- Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service while complying with Texas insurance regulations.
