About The Position

Requirements

Active General Lines Property & Casualty License.
Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency with computers and agency management systems.

Nice To Haves

Previous insurance sales or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Quote, sell, and service personal and commercial insurance policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Explain policy features, coverages, and endorsements clearly and accurately.
Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with Texas insurance regulations.
