About The Position

Tri City National Bank is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Bank Teller to provide customer service and handle day-to-day transactions. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of banking and develop skills for future career growth. The teller represents the bank, assists customers, and learns to follow bank policies and transaction security and compliance practices. Compensation is $18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to interact with customers with a calm and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to travel to and assist other locations.
• Willingness to work Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions.
• Respond to basic account inquiries and resolve common issues.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in appearance and communication.
• Learn and follow bank policies to ensure transaction security and compliance.
• Acquire an understanding of banking principles.
• Support team members in day-to-day tasks.
• Complete other assigned tasks as needed.
