About The Position

The Part-Time Sales Associate supports selling efforts and customer relationships by delivering strong customer service and using effective selling techniques. The role performs daily store functions, including product merchandising and sales, customer relations, and store maintenance. Customer service, sales, and teamwork are central to the position. The associate also assists with shipments, restocking, pricing, visual standards, store organization, and loss prevention, while following company policies and participating in service training and product programs.

Requirements

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent command of English to communicate effectively with management, customers, and coworkers.
Basic fashion and style trend knowledge and a desire to work with customers in a retail setting.
Problem-solving, analytical, detail-orientation, flexibility, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide excellent customer service, maintain accurate inventory control, transport merchandise, and perform store maintenance.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work extended hours during critical project phases and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility.
Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Use basic fashion and trend knowledge to identify appropriate merchandise for customers, meet customer needs, and build customer relationships.
Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
Present a positive, energetic, and outgoing impression to customers, maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward the job and company.
Comply with all company policies.
Participate in service training and product programs.
Follow visual standards, complete daily restocking, and maintain adequate size runs according to visual directions.
Assist in preventing employee and customer theft.
Help maintain a neat and orderly sales environment.
Help keep the store organized as directed by store management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
