About The Position

Pinterest is seeking a strategic, analytical, and collaborative B2B Growth Marketer to build and scale its SMB acquisition engine. This foundational role on the Paid Performance Marketing team is the first dedicated marketing position focused on bringing small and medium-sized businesses to Pinterest. The role will define and lead SMB acquisition strategy, with paid media at its center and additional support from owned channels, partnerships, and other scalable growth levers. It will develop compelling value propositions and campaign narratives, own creative strategy in partnership with Creative, and measure performance across the acquisition funnel—from qualified sign-ups and activation to early advertiser success, cost efficiency, and downstream business value. The manager will lead testing and optimization across targeting, creative, landing experiences, incentives, onboarding, and channel mix. They will collaborate with teams across Product Marketing, Product, Analytics, Sales, Business Development, Creative, Finance, and regional organizations. The role also turns customer research, market signals, and campaign results into actionable growth and product insights; establishes operating rhythms, dashboards, and executive-ready communications; and uses AI and automation thoughtfully to improve marketing workflows while maintaining responsibility for the quality of the work. The position can be located anywhere in the country, with in-office collaboration required one to two times per quarter. Relocation assistance is not available.
