Requirements
- Two to four years of related experience and/or training preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to acquire and maintain a current PA Sales License.
- High level of accuracy in processing complex finance and lease deals.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
- Comprehensive understanding of finance and insurance products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers and lenders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations and best practices.
- Applicants must be willing to submit to an employment background check, motor vehicle records check, and drug test.
- Interested candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire F&I process to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
- Provide expert advice on financing options, products, and services to customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with lenders to secure favorable financing options.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in financial transactions.
- The F&I Manager is responsible for providing customers with a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies while conducting business ethically and professionally.
