About The Position

The Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager oversees the finance and insurance process for vehicle purchases and leases in a dealership. The role presents and sells finance and insurance products, works with lenders to secure competitive financing, structures deals to support dealership profitability, and ensures financing documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable regulations. The F&I Manager partners with customers, lenders, and dealership sales personnel to support a smooth transition from vehicle selection to delivery and maintain strong results in product penetration, finance income, and customer satisfaction. Requirements

• Automotive dealership F&I experience is required.
• Proven ability to sell finance and insurance products and generate F&I income.
