About The Position

The Audio-Visual Project Coordinator helps plan, direct, and carry out electronic communications and audiovisual installation projects from initial point of sale through final customer acceptance. The role assists in developing project plans to deliver installations to customers within established time and budget parameters, supports project meetings and scheduling, helps address complaints and resolve problems, and serves as a primary or secondary contact between the Company and the Customer.

Requirements

• Effective face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
• Customer relation skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in decision-making.

• Experience in the service, installation, or design of audio, video, audiovisual, and presentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Help plan, direct, and carry out electronic communications and audiovisual installation projects from initial point of sale to final customer acceptance.
• Assist in formulating project plans that provide for delivery of installation projects within the Company's time and budget parameters.
• Assist in scheduling and attend client project meetings and/or internal team meetings.
• Help address complaints and resolve problems raised by team members and/or customers.
• Act as the primary or secondary contact between the Company and the Customer.
