About The Position

At FORTÉ, the Audio-Visual Project Coordinator helps plan, direct, and carry out electronic communications and audiovisual installation projects, from initial point of sale through final customer acceptance. The coordinator assists with developing project plans that support delivery to customers within established time and budget parameters.

The role also assists with scheduling and attending client and internal project meetings, helps address complaints and resolve problems raised by team members or customers, and serves as a primary or secondary contact between FORTÉ and the customer.

Requirements

• Effective face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
• Customer relation skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Help plan, direct, and carry out electronic communications and audiovisual installation projects from initial point of sale to final customer acceptance.

• Help address complaints and resolve problems raised by team members or customers.
