Associate Account Manager

The Associate Account Manager is a remote, work from home position that requires fluency in French. This role involves managing the French market for Amazon Music, including client relationship management, account strategy, and execution. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a start-up environment within a larger international firm, be able to handle changing priorities, and have a proactive mindset. Key responsibilities include client service and communication, account strategy development and execution, reporting and analysis, and identifying new opportunities for publisher development. Success in this role involves executing day-to-day operations, forming strong client relationships, and achieving high client satisfaction and retention rates.

• Serve as a regular point of contact for clients' strategic and account questions
• Lead weekly client calls
• Send account reporting and manage resulting follow-up questions and communications
• Manage challenging client situations with guidance from senior colleagues
• Provide superior client service and develop excellent client relationships
• Maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates
• Develop effective strategies and tactical plans for achieving client goals
• Proactively offer new and innovative ideas to the overall program strategy
• Execute effective affiliate recruitment, activation, and optimization strategies
• Perform general account management and monitor for fraud and affiliate compliance
• Provide clients with regular reporting and analyze data to find opportunities and identify issues
• Develop strategic program plans and present resulting data-driven insights and recommendations to clients
• Find and act on relevant publisher development opportunities
• Execute day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs with little guidance
• Form strong relationships with key client contacts and be the main point of contact for strategic and account questions
• Maximize account efficiency and implement excellent strategic plans and communication
• Provide superior results for clients and unsurpassed customer service

• Have 3-5 years of online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience
• Have direct affiliate marketing experience
• Have knowledge of Affiliate Networks
• Be fluent in French and English
• Have advanced Excel capabilities and working knowledge of HTML (a plus)
• Have previous experience managing and motivating direct reports (a plus)
• Have knowledge of the French digital market (a plus)

• Fluent in French and English
• 3-5 years of online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience required
• Direct affiliate marketing experience (in-house, agency, network) required
• Knowledge of Affiliate Networks (Awin, Affilinet, CJ, Webgains, Linkshare, Impact Radius, Performance Horizon, etc.)
• Advanced Excel capabilities and comfortable with formatting, formulas, customizing reports, etc.
• Working knowledge of HTML, a plus
• Previous experience managing and motivating direct reports, a plus
• French digital market knowledge
