The Account/Senior Account Manager, Affiliate Marketing position at Acceleration Partners is a remote role that requires candidates to be located in specific states. Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Serve as a conduit for communications upward and downward
- Maintain team morale and be viewed as a reliable go-to person
- Delegate tasks and set clear expectations
- Lead the team through difficult and stressful situations
- Participate in firm building initiatives
- Provide superior client service
- Act as a point of contact for clients
- Escalate issues or key risks as appropriate
- Ensure client trust in the team
- Develop and nurture excellent client relationships
- Deliver client outputs and communication in the AP way
- Use data strategically and accurately
- Analyze campaigns and provide client insights and recommendations
- Perform routine sales projections for client programs
- Develop effective strategies and tactical plans for client goals
- Prioritize tactics and adjust goals when necessary
- Maximize efficiencies across all deliverables
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and pitch new opportunities
- Manage multiple campaigns with solid organizational skills
- Grasp each client's SOW and deliver what is due
- Identify new opportunities and resolve issues
- Execute day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs
- Form strong relationships with key client contacts
- Manage challenging client or team situations with guidance
- Analyze client data and use it strategically
- Handle client accounts effectively and strategically
- Service clients profitably and meet client KPIs
- Take full accountability for client performance and success
- Maximize account efficiency and implement strategic plans
- Coach team members and manage poor performance
- Provide superior results and customer service
- Stay engaged in work and keep clients engaged
- Demonstrate mature judgment and problem-solving skills
