About The Position

The Assistant Culinary Manager at Riverwalk Village supports the Culinary Services Manager in providing residents with nutritious, nourishing, palatable, and well-balanced meals that enhance their dining experience and quality of life. The role also helps culinary team members develop in their positions. Responsibilities include assisting with interviews, ordering food and supplies, scheduling, and training new team members. Requirements

High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Completion of an approved sanitation course; this may be completed upon hire.

Help provide residents with nutritious meals that contribute to their quality of life.
Assist the Culinary Services Manager in ensuring meals are nourishing, palatable, and well-balanced and that the dining experience is enhanced.
Help other culinary team members grow in their roles.
