About the position
The Education Program Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, development, and execution of educational programs within the organization. They play a crucial role in facilitating program development, curriculum development, scheduling, and execution of key programs. The analyst also performs assessments and ongoing analysis to ensure program objectives are met and collaborates with the team for continuous quality improvement. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with project management. A background in training and experience with eLearning development principles and technology are preferred qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, development, and execution of educational programs
- Facilitate program development in planning, curriculum development, scheduling, and execution
- Perform assessments during the project lifespan and post execution
- Analyze projects to ensure program objectives are being met
- Collaborate with the team to ensure continuous quality improvement
- Coordinate and track service requests and outcome measurements
- Serve as the primary resource supporting the education & training department
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge and inventory of training content and programs
- Assist educators with course reviews, scheduling, and facilitation of content delivery & maintenance
- Maintain Strive University's course catalog and resources
- Translate training materials into electronic systems for onboarding and continuous learning
- Oversee a positive training experience for Strivers
- Support Strive University processes with transparency and efficiency
- Track departmental key metrics and produce reports on trending
- Maintain system training databases for new hire orientations
- Serve as project management support for Clinical Education
- Coordinate and track program quality, analytics, and data tracking
- Teach classes as appropriate
- Create engaging training environments for adult learners
- Demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Operate with high attention to detail and a focus on delivering a quality experience for trainees
- Familiarity with project management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with relevant training experience
- 2+ years' experience in providing logistical services and coordination of projects and deliverables or related experience
- 2+ years knowledge of eLearning development principles and technology
- Data analytics skills
- Clinical background
- Business travel
- Learning Management System experience
- Microsoft Suite Software
- Curious about creating engaging training environments for adult learners
- Highly organized and demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills while addressing multiple competing priorities
- Operate with high attention to detail and a focus on delivering a quality experience for trainees
- Strong familiarity with project management
