About the position
The Back Office Coordinator at Strive Health is responsible for providing general administrative support to clinic and mobile operations. This includes tasks such as completing registration of enrolled members, updating insurance and risk scores, conducting outreach to established members, and processing and mailing member educational materials. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, at least 1 year of related experience, and proficiency in using electronic medical records. Bilingual candidates and those experienced in Microsoft Office are preferred. The hourly range for this role is $20.67-$25.48.
Responsibilities
- Complete registration of enrolled members, update insurance, demos, and risk score.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Track member consents of enrolled and engaged members.
- Conduct outreach to established members utilizing ad hoc lists, no show and canceled reports, and/or assigned panel lists.
- Fax care plan and visit summaries.
- Obtain medical records.
- Process and mail member educational materials.
- Process disenrolled members.
- Complete ongoing training to further skills and development.
- Work collaboratively with other team members.
- Ensure all member engagements are documented accurately.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 year experience using electronic medical records
- Bilingual preferred
- Experienced in Microsoft Office
