About the position
The Practice Coordinator role at Strive Health is responsible for supporting the market operations teams in the SC365 environment through process improvement and scalability. This position involves addressing operational issues, managing schedules, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and implementing policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have experience in consulting or business operations within a high-growth healthcare organization, and should possess an entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in ambiguity. Responsibilities
- Supports all facility staff by addressing operational issues and answering related questions
- Assists in the management of the Provider's and/or Clinical Team schedule
- Participates in compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and guidelines
- Contributes to emergency preparedness coordination, including assisting patients in response protocols and staff readiness for emergencies
- Assists in implementing healthcare policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring staff adherence and promoting a culture of patient safety and quality care
- Collects and processes patient health information using an electronic medical records system
- High school diploma and/or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, operations, and/or with a high-growth healthcare organization
- Ability to be on-site 80% of the time
- Associate's degree in business or related discipline (preferred)
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in ambiguity; desire to be a self-starter
- Ability to think across multiple dimensions of a business (Clinical, Technology, Business, Operations)
- Exposure and/or experience in the CKD market or a relatable chronic illness market
- Alignment of personal values to the Mission, Vision, and Values of Strive Health
- Desire to develop a career with a new, fast-growing organization focused on Value Based Care
Requirements
- High school diploma and/or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, operations, and/or with a high-growth healthcare organization
- Ability to be on site 80% of time
- Associate's degree in business or related discipline (preferred)
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in ambiguity; desire to be a self-starter
- Ability to think across multiple dimensions of a business (Clinical, Technology, Business, Operations)
- Exposure and/or experience to the CKD market (or a chronic illness market that is relatable to CKD)
