About the position
We are seeking a talented Intern with strong technical skills and a rigorous decision-making approach to join our team as a Front Office Macro Strat Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the full life-cycle of our trading business, including conducting research and backtests, as well as building infrastructure to support trading activities. This position offers a fast-paced and dynamic environment with potential for rapid career growth. You will work under the supervision of an experienced Portfolio Manager and have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new trading ideas and trading infrastructures.

- Supporting any other ad-hoc tasks
- Seeking candidates in their 3rd or 4th year of undergrad OR post-grad students

- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in a quantitative subject
- Mathematics, engineering, statistics, or finance background
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Good understanding of probability distributions and statistics
- Python development experience, including Jupyter Notebooks, Numpy, Pandas
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience establishing scalable architectures/ building lightweight GUIs using Python/ Javascript would be advantageous
