About the position
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytically minded Quantitative Macro Analyst Summer Intern to join our team at ExodusPoint Capital. This internship, which can last up to 6 months, will be based in either our New York or Hong Kong office. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in macroeconomic analysis, computer science, and financial markets. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing investment strategies, identifying opportunities, and managing risks. Your responsibilities will include analyzing global macroeconomic trends and financial markets to identify potential investment opportunities, as well as supporting the development of quantitative models using computer science techniques to enhance investment decisions and manage risk.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or higher degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science
- Strong interest in macroeconomic analysis, computer science, and financial markets
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to analyze global macroeconomic trends and financial markets
- Knowledge of computer science techniques for developing quantitative models
- Ability to generate trade ideas based on research findings
- Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Stay current with market developments and share insights with the team
