Office & Facilities Manager

We are looking for a keen and service-oriented Facility Manager to join our team and help us in our mission to make Wooga one of the best working environments in all of Berlin. As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and repair measures of our unique office space, as well as managing projects related to maintenance improvements and new technical equipment. You will also be in charge of coordinating and supervising external service providers and ensuring that the office is managed and maintained to a high standard. Extensive knowledge of technical building management and proven facilities management experience are required for this role.

Oversee maintenance and repair measures of the office space

Take ownership of projects like maintenance improvements and getting new technical equipment

Maintenance and development of facility equipment

Planning and monitoring the implementation of construction measures

Preparation, implementation, and documentation of instructions for compliance with safety and occupational safety measures

Coordination and supervision of external service providers

Ensure the office is managed and maintained to a high standard

Extensive knowledge of technical building management and the operation of technical facilities

Knowledge of constructional and economic contexts

Proven facilities management and office management experience

Hands-on mentality and ability to work in a structured manner
