About the position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Regional Sales Director. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for Adobe Experience Cloud products in the European market. You will work closely with the leadership teams to develop and execute sales strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and objectives. As a leading global Adobe partner with a strong reputation, we are looking for someone who can leverage their network and expertise to drive sales and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions to clients
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud products and services
- Provide feedback to Adobe on product and market trends to inform product development and strategy
- Develop and deliver effective presentations and proposals to clients
- Forecast and manage sales pipeline and revenue targets
- Leverage a strong network within Adobe to drive sales and growth opportunities
- Possess a good understanding of the current market for AEM and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or technical fields
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in Digital Marketing and/or Commerce
- Excellent track record in pipeline generation and pipeline conversion, including strong network of relationships
- Proven ability in selling Adobe Experience Cloud products at a different digital agency, consulting firm, System integrator, or preferably Adobe themselves
- Experience managing a team of sales professionals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, and additionally German or Dutch proficiency is a plus
- Ability to travel frequently throughout the region
