About The Position

General Floor is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Manager to support day-to-day A/R operations. This role is suited to an experienced A/R professional ready to take the next step in their career. The Accounts Receivable Manager will work closely with the Finance Manager to maintain accurate receivables, support credit and collections oversight, strengthen A/R processes, and progressively assume greater leadership responsibilities as they become fully trained. This position offers an opportunity to grow into a management role while contributing to a collaborative and growing finance team. The stated salary range is $48,000–$53,000; final compensation depends on qualifications, internal equity, and market factors. Requirements

At least 3 years of Accounts Receivable, credit, collections, or related accounting experience.
Strong understanding of credit, collections, and receivables processes.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze account information and resolve discrepancies.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Demonstrated reliability, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

Manage daily accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment application, and account reconciliation.
Monitor aging reports and coordinate timely collections and follow-up with customers.
Assist with credit oversight, customer account reviews, and resolution of billing discrepancies.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to receivables and account status.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and customer account management.
Support process improvements and help strengthen A/R procedures and controls.
