As an Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring timely payments from to and from our clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in Accounts Receivable/Payable, or documented comparable experience.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills.
• Clear, professional communication skills - both written and verbal.
• High school diploma

Responsibilities

• Accurately post and record customer payments and invoices.
• Assists in monitoring, tracking and enforcing department policies, procedures and goals.
• Ensure accounts are balanced and discrepancies are resolved.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on receivables or payables.
• Address customer payment inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Generate invoices and statements for customers.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and issues.
